Business management is increasingly under pressure from government agencies as well as subject to litigation on a number of fronts, including wage/hour matters, class action suits, non-compliance actions brought by numerous federal and state agencies, and individual discrimination and harassment allegations. Kraft chairs the employment law practice, with the incomparable benefit of having tried a multitude of cases spanning the discipline. She has particular expertise in employee misclassification, drafting of employee handbooks, employment contracts and wage/hour actions. Her practice spans all industries and business sizes, with special experience in healthcare organizations. Judge Kraft has lectured throughout the country on employment law and is the author of the first consent decree in the federal courts which addressed the effective communication obligations imposed by the Affordable Care Act. Gregg Weinstock has over a quarter century of experience as a litigator, with a broad-ranging practice representing manufacturers, distributors and retailers. He has represented municipalities and has also negotiated private sector collective bargaining agreements as well as handling National Labor Relations Board and arbitration matters.
