In private practice, Mr. Porter has handled more than fifty administrative hearings, including the successful defense of a physician before the OPMC who had been convicted of criminal reckless endangerment.

Mr. Porter has represented healthcare professionals requested to testify in criminal grand jury proceedings. Alfred P. Vigorito has extensive criminal law experience as a former Bronx Assistant District Attorney and Special Assistant U.S. Attorney, Southern District, under Hon. Rudolph Giuliani. He has channeled this background and training into a successful criminal defense practice, working collaboratively with Mr. Porter on matters requiring his skill set.
