Diana Valeria Solla is Of Counsel with the medical malpractice and general liability litigation defense teams at the BPN. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Solla gained her experience in medical malpractice and personal injury litigation from reputable metropolitan area law firms. In her career, Ms. Solla has represented medical facilities and physicians, as well as plaintiffs in high exposure litigation, from intake to preparation and second-seating trials. She also has experience in family and matrimonial law, including serving on the Attorney Panel for Pace Women’s Justice Center’s Moderate Means Program.

Ms. Solla obtained her Juris Doctorate from Roger Williams University School of Law and her Bachelor of Arts from The University at Albany in Criminal Justice with a concentration in Law, cum laude. While in law school, Ms. Solla completed an externship with the Rhode Island Medical-Legal Partnership at Hasbro Children’s Hospital, where she worked with medical staff to identify patients’ legal issues. Ms. Solla also completed summer internships with No5 Chambers in London, England and a medical malpractice/personal injury law firm in the New York metropolitan area.

Ms. Solla is admitted to practice law in the State of New York, as well as the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.
