Allen Alex is a law clerk in the Garden City office. Mr. Allen is a foreign qualified attorney enrolled with the Bar Council of Kerala, India.
Prior to joining the firm Mr. Allen worked as a legal associate with TPM Consultants Pvt. Ltd., New Delhi, India which specializes in international trade law and trade remedial investigations predominantly defending the Indian domestic industry’s interest both within India and in foreign jurisdictions including the U.S. Mr. Allen started out as a junior associate with Rafeek and Associates, Kerala mostly practicing in the District and Session courts handling civil, criminal, consumer rights redressal, and company law matters.
Mr. Allen earned his Master of Laws (LL.M) from National University of Advanced Legal Studies, Kochi, India in 2020 after completing his dual degree in Bachelor of Arts (BA) and Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) from Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam (Govt. Law College, Ernakulam) in 2018. During his academic years he was an active member of the moot court society and had won laurels for the institution at the National level before transitioning into the role of a moot mentor. He has worked as a Research Assistant for the 7th Edn. of M.P. Jain’s Indian Constitutional Law in 2018 other than working as a legal intern to late Justice Mohan M. Shantanagoudar (Supreme Court, India) and former Justice Dama Seshadri Naidu (High Court of Kerala).
Mr. Allen plans to get admitted to the New York bar in the near future.
